Our Approach
We’re not your typical consulting firm. We are genuinely passionate about Salesforce and the multitude of benefits it brings to organizations. Our #1 mission is to help customers accomplish their business goals through the power of Salesforce. We believe if do awesome work and create Happy Customers, then our individual success will follow. So, we are truly a Customer-first organization. We value our Customer’s success as much as we value our own.
- We’re Efficient
Like many of our customers, Cloud Happy Consulting is a small business. We purposefully keep our overhead costs low, so our rates remain fair and aren’t padded with operational expenses.
There are a few ways we keep costs down for our customers:
We are 100% virtual! All of our Consultants work from their home offices. This is a perk for our Consultants, as we are able to provide a flexible schedule and spectacular work / life balance. This is also a benefit for our customers because 1) our Consultants are pretty happy and 2) we don’t have extra costs to pass through our rates.
Unlike other consulting companies, we don’t encourage our Consultants to pad billable time. Our #1 goal is to help our customers realize the power of the Salesforce platform. Our Consultants have 3 key objectives for every project:
- Deliver RESULTS that will benefit our Customers
- Execute projects ON TIME
- Execute projects WITHIN BUDGET
We don’t throw a team of 15 people on every project. We staff our projects appropriately based on the size of the project and the Customer’s need. Every project is run by one of our internal Cloud Consultants who are responsible for overall project excellence. The Cloud Consultant will be joined by additional resources as needed.

We consider ourselves to be an extension of our Customers’ team, so we operate how our Customers need us to operate.

We stand behind our work 100% and hold ourselves to the highest standards. We take pride in our quality service and value our Customer’s satisfaction.
If a Customer is ever dissatisfied with our work, we take it very seriously and address it instantly. Our goal is to have every Customer rate us with a perfect 10 at the end of each project.
